Join us in the Showroom Bar for an Easter Champagne Brunch - golden pastries, seasonal fruit, warm bread & butter pudding, and a glass of Taittinger to begin.

For adults, poached eggs with house-cured gravlax, salmon roe and brioche. For little ones, pancakes with maple, berries and Chantilly cream.

We’re hiring talented Chefs to join our growing culinary team at The Royce.👨🏽‍🍳 As a five-star boutique hotel with an exceptional culinary reputation, our kitchen delivers outstanding dishes for both our in-house guests and diners of our stunning Showroom Bar restaurant. This role offers the chance to contribute to a kitchen where quality, creativity, teamwork and positivity are at the forefront.

You’ll be joining our fabulous team led by Executive Chef, Pawan Dutta — recently awarded Chef of the Year at the 2025 AHA Awards for Excellence. His leadership, creativity and commitment to quality set the tone for an inspiring, supportive and high-performing kitchen culture.

Applicants must hold the appropriate qualifications and have valid working rights to undertake employment in Melbourne, Australia.
