We are looking for a reliable and respectful people (2 beds available) that want to live in a home not in a party house, , this is a nice brand new apartment over Southbank one of the most exclusive places in Melbourne. The flat is just minutes walking to the CBD, next to the crown casino, malls (DFO outlet) nice parks and the Yarra River. In addition, the Southbank library just on the corner, many restaurants around, tram, train and buses are almost in front of the building. The flat is new and perfect to internationals students looking to enjoy the city.

The building has secure entry, Gym, pool, whirlpool bath, BBQ..

PRICE:

The rent is 150 per week for share room + 250 security deposit to pay in advance.

The bills are included. Cleaner service once per week included. Netflix

Bed, wardrobes, desk, unlimited internet.

microwave, gas cooking, all crockery.

Washing machine and dry machine.

Wanted someone who will be happy to share in respectful of others privacy and space but happy for a bit of a chat when relaxing..
