A message from our CEO;

As some of you may know, we’ve encountered an unfortunate issue with one of our large ferries over the long weekend, the MV Sorrento, requiring us to take it out of service for repairs. After undergoing an extensive refurbishment, including a complete engine rebuild by the manufacturers, the MV Sorrento experienced an engine failure shortly after returning to service. This has significantly impacted our usual ferry timetable, and we understand how disruptive this has been for our customers.

In the meantime, we are operating an hourly service using our smaller backup ferry, the MV Peninsula Princess, while our engineers work around the clock to resolve the issue and bring the MV Sorrento back online. We know how much our service is relied upon, especially by regular travellers, and we want to assure you that we’re doing everything possible to restore full operations as soon as possible.

We deeply appreciate your patience during this period and will continue to update you on our progress. Thank you for sticking with us, and a special thank you to our hardworking staff for their incredible efforts during this challenging time.
