Say hello to our new Baked Cannelloni, the ultimate comfort food addition to our winter menu at our place.

We take delicate cannelloni pasta tubes, stuff them generously with a classic, creamy ricotta and spinach filling, and bake them in a rich, velvety rosé sauce. It's smothered in melted mozzarella, topped with a handful of fresh rocket, and finished with a drizzle of vibrant herb oil.

Pair it with a crisp glass of white wine, find a cozy corner, and let the winter blues melt away.
