It feels like only yesterday we were celebrating our big 10-year milestone last September… and somehow another year has already flown by.

What another good year it has been as our business continues to grow, our partnerships continue to strengthen and, most importantly, our incredible LUXXE team continues to grow with us.

There have been awards, more and more training, new opportunities, community and partnership initiatives, the launch of our Beyond The Hotel Lobby series sharing more of the stories, people and thinking behind our industry, plenty of proud moments and, as always, thousands of rooms made ready with care along the way.

Eleven years in, we are still learning, still evolving, still growing and still incredibly proud of the people who make LUXXE what it is.

Celebrating Excellence in Hospitality

What a fabulous evening celebrating the very best of our industry at the AHA Vic Awards last night, held at the Palladium at Crown.

We were incredibly proud to have two outstanding LUXXE team members, Roshan Thapa Magar and Gupti Giri, recognised as finalists in the Housekeeper of The Year category, amongst some of Victoria’s finest hospitality professionals.

While it was not their night to take home the award, being named a finalist is an achievement to be incredibly proud of and a wonderful recognition of the dedication, leadership, professionalism and care they bring to their roles every day.

Roshan and Gupti, you are always winners in our eyes, and your entire LUXXE family is incredibly proud of you.

It was also a special treat to spend the evening alongside so many colleagues, partners and friends from across the hospitality industry, celebrating the people who make our industry so special.

A huge congratulations to all of this year’s finalists and winners. What a wonderful evening of recognition, connection and celebration.

One of the biggest myths in many workplaces is that reporting an incident means someone has done something wrong - this is a myth! Speaking up shows leadership and reporting anything shows strength.

At LUXXE, we believe that reporting helps us learn, helps us improve and most importantly it helps us protect our teams.

Creating an environment where people feel comfortable, raising concerns builds trust and strengthens safety across every hotel we support.
