Dear Oshani and all the staff at Beau Monde International

We just want to say a big thank you firstly to you beautiful Oshani Ratnayake and all the staff at the Beau Monde International from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our High Tea afternoon beyond wonderful!! From the first time we met with you to discuss prices, food menus, decorations, parking, freebies and options to our committee’s maiden event for 2019/20, we were always confident that we had picked the best place to hold our elegant event. We were thoroughly impressed with the personalized and courteous attention given to us, a refreshing change from some of the other reception sites we had visited in the area.
From the start, our questions were answered promptly and courteously and we were always treated like a top customer. Because of this treatment, we never once worried about how our event would turn out with regards to food, staff and coordination. As you understand, organizing such an event was not an easy one at all and all the members had their plates full and sometimes on the verge of overflowing. I must also acknowledge your seamless patience when I pushed you to the brink. In such an exciting yet stressful planning stage, you Oshani and all the staff at Beau Monde International played significant roles in helping us set up such a flawless High Tea afternoon aptly named ‘Tea-licious Soiree’.
Words cannot express how grateful we are for such wonderful service. Although we have been spreading the word to others about the great service and beautiful facilities...our guests all raved about the food and service and many have expressed how impressed they were with the Ballroom and its elegant chandeliers themselves! Who knows, we might want to hold another event of similar aspect at your venue in the future, to relive the fun we had on the High Tea afternoon!
Thank you again for everything you have done to help us.
We would always recommend The Beau Monde International as the best boutique hotel around town for any event!

To Suzanne,

Thank you for your assistance. We all enjoyed our visit very much, and thank you for saving me a spot for the parking. It made managing the wheel chair much easier than having to find a space.
I wrote out a review as was asked for, but I do not think it reached you hence a repeat.
The menu’s chosen were enjoyed by all, only one comment by an elderly man, “I like my mum’s Christmas pudding the best of any others”, lucky mum.
Nice room, plenty of room and also at the table well done.
Staff serving us were very pleasant and presented themselves very well.
I personally have always been very pleased with my visits to Beau Monde. My husband and I have celebrated our wedding anniversaries at Beau Monde several times over the years. We will be achieving 60 years in the January coming. Not certain what I will do for this, with him now being in care can make it a bit difficult to arrange things.
I hope my few words here will be of some use to your request for information.
Hope you had a great Christmas, sorry I had not replied to your request for information until now, but I have hardly been at home since our luncheon.
