SAVE THIS RECIPE 👀🍗The Stampton Korean Fried Chicken🔥
 
✅ Marinate chicken for 6 hours in garlic, white pepper & sake
✅ Mix plain flour, corn flour, sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, bicarb soda, salt & sugar
✅ Turn some of that mix into a batter with water
✅ Coat chicken in batter, then the dry mix
✅ Deep fry for 6 minutes until golden and crispy
✅ Toss through Chef’s signature sauce with gochujang, tomato sauce, garlic, sugar & sweet paprika
✅ Finish with crushed peanuts
The result? Crispy, sticky, sweet, spicy perfection. 🔥
