Finally 2018 all done & dusted and we usher in 2019. Our customers continue to enjoy the wonderful facilities and great reviews continue to pour in. Here's the latest from HomeAway portal posted on 13th January:

"Peir and Simon's apartment is comfortable, well stocked and in a spectacular building. The fitness center, hot tub/Jacuzzi and lap pool were terrific to use after full days in Melbourne. It was easy walking to many venues, including Melbourne Park for the Australian Tennis Open. It is also a short walk from the free tram system which is great. Nearby is The South Melbourne Fresh Market and an Aldi and Woolies Markets. We can go on, but will summarize by stating that the hosts were concerned that we were happy and that this rental is a total winner!!"

Our apartment just got even more child-friendly! We have now installed a solid, adjustable baby's high chair. This will enable our little guests to enjoy their meal with greater comfort. 🤗

We're happy to share the 7 guest reviews (all 5 stars) on the new Homeaway platform! We used to accept bookings on Stayz as well as AirBnB. Now Stayz is migrated to a new and improved Homeaway platform and we're loving it. 😙

It's been a year since we launched this AirBnB and the response has been overwhelming! We are grateful for the many guests who booked with us from AirBnB and also from Stayz. The latest Stayz guest review (dated 10th December) sayz it all!

"Fantastic! We absolutely loved our (too short) stay in Centurion 111. It is a beautifully appointed apartment with everything you need and in walking distance from major attractions. We appreciated the comprehensive DVD collection on a rainy afternoon and had wonderfully refreshing swims in the pool. The only drawback was that we had to leave! Will definitely recommend and return when we can."

We are now Super Host on AirBnB! Very proud of the team effort as it took consistently great guest reviews (10 or more) and excellent response rate to all inquiries in order to be elevated to this status. Hopefully it means we are more searchable and more bookings will come. Onward and upwards!

Here's our very first guest review on the Stayz website! Whilst we predominantly use AirBnB for bookings, we also receive a smaller number of bookings on Stayz. This lovely family from Canberra recently stayed at Centurion 111 and had a great time. They were able to enjoy the sights of Melbourne on foot from the apartment and appreciated the nice restaurants in South Melbourne, in particular a little Malaysian joint called "Penang Road"!
