Hey fellow riders.

This weekend, Saturday & Sunday there will be a few town trails in the southern section closed (see attached map) for the horse event.

Willowie Forest, The Epic Trail and the northern town trails are all open though!

Please be cautious on the rail trail - show grounds and around town with around 200 horses and riders out and about.

The main street will be closed so come on in and check them out 🐎

A big welcome to all the attendees at the NBONSA-Nature Based Outdoor Network of South Australia and OEASA - Outdoor Educators' Association of South Australia

As custodians of the local town trails, we are the small group of volunteers that are responsible for the maintenance and upgrades to existing trails.

You may notice that our trails are a bit w**dy at the moment but that is about to change! If you see any people with Bike Melrose MTB Club shirts grab us for a chat and/or update on the exciting things we have coming up.

Imagine waking up in Melrose next Saturday…. Good people, good vibes, great coffee at our amazing suppporters, Over the Edge Melrose (you could even hire a bike and go for a ride!) then attending the State Outdoor Conference with some awesome people… followed by a cold beer at Jacka Brothers Brewery (cool people who support OEASA!) What a day!!!
