See there are Daffodils up here in Menzies Creek.
One of my favourite times of year up here in the hills.

Bunches of lovely freshly picked daffodil flowers are available now from our self-serve flower barrow in Menzies Creek. Spring certainly is on the way! 😊

Great time to come to the Dandenong Ranges right now.
Menzies Creek is the Centre of OUR Universe.
Photos were taken yesterday in August 2019.
Come feed the horses and talk to the sheep and goats - cheaper than a visit with your Psych! More relaxing too. The walking and country air does the rest!
Oh yes, great variety of Restaurants and at least 3 Hotels and did I say that you can ride on Puffing Billy too! (We are only a 5-minute walk to Puffing Billy Stn.)
Sorry, we didn't mention the Daffodils, did we? The icing on our cake actually in season.

Just took this photo up at Menzies Creek Station just before the Gembrook train departed. Menzies Creek Station was renamed Aura from 1908 until 1947. The
Town and Post Office never changed it's name. Go figure!
Seeing the old station name AURA there in white painted rocks gave me an idea. Here it is:

Tariff for 3 Nights - $300 per room or $585 for Entire B&B.
