two separate sleeping areas, 5 bedrooms, large formal lounge and dining rooms, large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher/microwave), family room and 2 bathrooms, has air-conditioning / heating system. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron / iron-board. All queen & king beds have top quality mattresses including electric blankets. For the little ones; we have on property 2 cots / 2 highchairs / 2 bouncer chairs, all to Australian safety standards. Kick back and relax around a cosy log fire enjoying reading a book from our collection of top selling books, or enjoy a BBQ on the screened verandah whilst admiring the views. If it's a bit of exercise you are after, try a set or two on the full size tennis court. But it's not all just for the adults! Children are also well catered for with a play area equipped with cubby, slippery dip, swing and a shade cloth-covered sandpit; there is even a collection of small bikes and toys supplied. Table tennis, Playstation 2 with games, a wide selection of new released DVD's and videos for all ages. This well appointed, excellent value for money home, situated about 10 minutes from Seven Mile Beach, has everything you need for that relaxing country getaway whether it be a group or a romantic getaway with your partner. Don't miss the Berry Celtic Festival coming up the weekend after next... Sat 28th May. Commencing at 9.30am the Grand Street Parade through the streets of Berry features all the distinctive colourful kilts and the pipe bands along with the various Celtic Clans, Scottish Terrier dogs, vintage cars and hot rods.

On arriving at the Berry Showground, comes the marching of the massed bands with the heavenly sound of the bagpipes reverberating around the grounds. Be there to feel the thrill of the occasion!

A day full of entertainment starts with musical items, pipe bands, Celtic fiddlers, highland dancing, enchanted singing, and lots of Celtic merchandise stalls to view!
