After 12 months patiently resting in oak, our Añejo Agave Spirit is almost ready to make its debut.

Rich, smooth and full of character, this limited release has developed beautiful depth and complexity during its year-long maturation. It’s been a labour of love, and we can’t wait for you to taste the results.

Not only do they make amazing Crispy Pork Bahn Mi’s from Thursday - Sunday at Metung Bakery & Cafe but they also have Crispy Pork Bao Buns for the days when you’re only half as hungry. 😉
