August’s theme night brought the flavours of Mexico to Eastwood Village, with smoked beef brisket birria tacos hot off the grill and paired perfectly with an ice-cold Corona.

A great feed, a cold drink, and a chance for everyone to unwind after a hard day's work.

🇧🇷🔥 Brazilian BBQ Night! 🔥🇧🇷
Who says camp food has to be boring? Our guests certainly aren't getting sick of it! Tonight's Brazilian BBQ featured juicy beef picanha, fresh chimichurri, and a crisp pear and choko salad, all served up in the outdoor rec area.
A big thanks to the Desert City team for delivering another great night of food and hospitality. It's all part of keeping things fresh, fun and a little different for our guests.

🍽️ One thing we hear regularly from our guests is just how much choice there is at meal times…. and how good the food is.

From hearty classics and fresh seafood to vegetarian options, plenty of vegetables, homemade soups and tasty desserts, there's always something on the menu for everyone.

Today's spread included Katsu Chicken Schnitzel, Seafood Marinara, Vegetarian Ravioli, Minestrone Soup, a great selection of sides, and a delicious Lemon & Coconut Self-Saucing Pudding to top it off. 👌

A big shout out to the Desert City team for continuing to deliver quality meals and plenty of variety day after day. 👨‍🍳🙌

🚧 Another great improvement at Eastwood Village! 🚜

A big thank you to RSA Contractors Pty Ltd for delivering our new and improved truck laydown yard at the rear of the Village.

This upgrade provides a safer, more practical all-weather area for heavy vehicles.
