As the season turns on the South Coast, we’re bringing fire and fermentation to the table in the best possible way.

Join us at The Milton Hotel on Sunday 24th of May for a four-course autumn lunch, with every dish matched to a carefully chosen Dangerous Ales brew, made right here in Milton.

This is a celebration of craft the slow work of the kitchen and the brewery coming together for one long, unhurried afternoon. Expect bold seasonal flavours, open fire cooking, and pours that prove great beer belongs beside great food.
