I finally decided it was time to get on the pie bandwagon today and purchased a couple of 1st place winning Raspberry Goldfields Cookie Pies. If you are looking for an excuse to visit Ballarat this is definitely it! With a double chocolate cookie base, delicious raspberry filling and a sprinkle of crushed iconic Sovereign Hill raspberry drops, this cookie pie certainly delivers the good.
