Situated only a short stroll from the white sandy beach of Hardwicke Bay you can enjoy a leisurely scenic walk or bike ride, a swim in the natural swimming hole, a spot of fishing or simply sit back and relax under the wide verandahs on the front and rear of the home

. With a fully enclosed backyard, boat shed and secure undercover car parking Hardwicke Beach House provides a safe and comfortable location to base yourself on your next holiday. Hardwicke Bay:
Beautiful pristine sandy beaches perfect for young children, make Hardwicke Bay irresistible to families, retirees or romantic couples alike. A sheltered bay is perfect for swimming, fishing, yachting, windsurfing and boating. This peaceful town offers everything for anyone looking for the great escape. Hardwicke Bay started as a small shack settlement for the locals on weekends and a base for professional fishermen in the 1940's. The council opened land up in the 1960's and a farmer subdivided his land in the 1980's. Today the Bay is rapidly developing with permanent and holiday dwellings. There is a natural reef –rimmed rock swimming hole and unspoilt sandhills at the southern end of the long sandy beach. It is a friendly place with a Community Hall hosting regular functions to which visitors are welcome including weekly exercises, morning tea, games nights, bingo and monthly dinner. Location: 📍Flaherty Beach Yorke Peninsula - near Point Turton on the Yorke Peninsula.
Best Time to Visit: Low tide reveals extensive sandbars, making it ideal for photography and shallow water paddling.
Features: A 7 km long beach known for white sand and clear, shallow water.
There are no facilities on the beach, so it is recommended to bring your own supplies.
