The Fantastic Mitta Pub, located in the beautiful Mitta Valley is looking for a experienced CHEF/COOK and Management assistant to work and help directing as part of the team in the pub kitchen.
- Location: Mitta Mitta/Victoria 4 hours from Melbourne
- Start ASAP
- Minimum 3 months
- Full time available for the successful applicant after 3 month trial
- Accommodation and a meal at work provided
- Good wages
The Mitta Pub is now looking for another dedicated person wanting a change to a for a beautiful country region; to assist with the management and operations of the pub kitchen, to share the experiences with us and further develop the Mitta Pub. We are hopeful for people with strong hospitality experience. The main criteria is to be able to display a variety of cooking knowledge, quality foods, and consistency of product, the ability to share with the work load and contributing experiences for all areas of the pub, (Accommodation, catering, bar, maintenance, gardening and any other rolls that rock up)

Sorry for any inconvenience, but due to high demands and very high amounts of bookings, the Mitta pub can take no more bookings for Easter Saturday Lunch and Dinner and also Sunday lunch. at these times mentioned

A request from the Management to all Mitta Pub customers and visitors. Recently there has been a number of issues pertaining to dogs frequenting the hotel with their owners causing distress to other dogs and many guests who suffer anxiety from proximity to the dogs, to try and assist in enjoyment for all guests and even those with their dogs accompanying them I have found it necessary to post the attached poster to all areas of the hotel. Be assured that this notification applies to all guests from near and far.
