🌿 Position Vacant: Full-Time Accommodation Manager/Housekeeper

We’re a small, boutique accommodation business passionate about offering beautiful spaces and warm, memorable stays. We’re currently seeking a reliable, hands-on and proactive Manager/Housekeeper to take charge of the day-to-day operations and help us deliver an exceptional guest experience.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position combining property management, housekeeping, and general upkeep. You’ll be responsible for making sure our cabins are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming for every guest.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing guest bookings, check-ins, check-outs and guest communication
• Cleaning and resetting cabins between guest stays (including laundry and linen)
• Maintaining property presentation and attending to general maintenance tasks as needed
• Identifying and reporting larger maintenance or safety issues
• Stock control, inventory checks and supply ordering
• Coordinating with owners, trades, and cleaners if needed
• Occasional online updates or social media tasks (if comfortable)
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required
About You:
• Friendly, responsible and well-organised
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of cleaning, lifting and light manual tasks
• Practical, with a hands-on attitude and confident performing small maintenance duties (e.g. replacing light bulbs, clearing debris, minor fixes)
• Able to adapt to a broad range of tasks and think on your feet when challenges arise
• Strong attention to detail and takes pride in presentation
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Previous experience in accommodation, housekeeping or property management is preferred
• Local to the area with reliable transport
• Flexible with availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays
