To our community, locals, and travelers,
We are writing to share some significant news regarding the Molesworth Hotel.
As many of you know, the recent fires occurred during our busiest time of year. Between the impact of those events and a complete lack of government support to help us bridge the gap, we have had to make a difficult business decision.
We have chosen to sell the lease on the Molesworth Hotel and will not be reopening it under the Latitude37 model. While it is a venue with immense potential, it is ideally suited for a smaller owner-operator. It simply no longer fits our current group model.

We want to say a massive thank you to our incredible staff, our loyal locals, and every visitor who stopped in for a cold drink or a meal. Your support, especially during the recent challenges, has meant the world to us.

While we are moving on from Molesworth, the Latitude37 family is still very much part of the region. We’d love to welcome you at any of our other venues:
* Tooborac Hotel and Brewery – For our famous craft beers and historic hospitality.
* Country Club Hotel Yea – The heart of Yea for a great meal and a friendly atmosphere.
* Tallarook Hotel – Your favorite classic village pub.
* Prince of Wales Hotel Seymour – A staple for the Seymour community.
* The Broadford Hotel, Bottom Pub – Great vibes and even better company.
