h of which are upstairs and another 2 x queens and a single in the 3rd bedroom which is downstairs. The main bedroom and the bedroom downs stairs both open onto the deck and have views of the Ocean and Golf Course. The property has 2 bathrooms 1 up and 1 down. The main bathroom upstairs also has a bath and the toilet is separate. The living area and kitchen upstairs are large and have a beautiful outlook over the Mollymook 9 hole beachside golf course and out to the ocean. Theres a verandah which flows out from the living area and the main bedroom that look out over the view. The kitchen is large and clean and is stocked with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and shower and laundry. The backyard is large and has access to the golf course. Its a quick 2 minute walk across the golf course to the beach and Golf Course Reef which is a great surfing spot. The 'Bogey Hole' is a popular swimming spot for young families. The patrolled Mollymook beach and the golf club are a 5 minute walk away.
