both sunset and sunrise.
• Fully self-contained apartments including laundry and full modern style kitchens
• 2 Toilets, 2 bathrooms with ensuite to the main bedroom
• Microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer
• Fully air-conditioned apartments (reverse cycle)
• DVD and Colour TV
• Large robes
• Complimentary Cable TV stations
• Spacious units
• Full sized refrigerator

3 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment

Seamark on First have the facility of 3 bedroom Penthouse apartments

These apartments have the following facilities:-

• Fully self contained apartments, all with air-conditioning
• Two levels of living, lower level for living area, and upper level consisting
of 3 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds and 2 singles.
• 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite and one main) complete with spa
• Walk in robes in main bedroom
• Two balconies with views to the ocean and Hinterland
• Full laundry facilities
• Modern kitchen with all the equipment you so desire
• Staircase connects lower level to the bedroom level
• Large open plan with comfortable fit out
• Dishwasher, full size refridgerator,microwave and hairdryer included
