Tunnel Ridge Outlook WE ARE A NO SMOKING PROPERTY Tunnel RIdge Outlook is a property with the ground floor operating as self catering accommodation.

Tunnel Ridge Outlook, is situated on the Sunshine Coast, Australia in the heart of Mooloolah Valley, facing the Ewan Maddock Dam and 15 minutes from the nearest Sunshine Coast beaches. The area comprises of a lounge with woodburner, kitchen diner and a seperate ensuite double bedroom. The self catering unit also has a large covered decking area, and outside table seated area for alfresco dining.

The grounds are just under one acre and are plated with lush tropical palms and plating to attract wildlife. A shard fenced pool is also available. The views from Tunnel Ridge Outlook look out to the Ewan Maddack Dam, where you can swim and sail, canoe. The further view is looking out to the Sunshine Coast sea. Tunnel Ridge Outlook is also within the nature reserve and offers lots of nature walks. Locally, the nearest town i Mooloolah, with the basic shops and IGA for grocery needs and a local cafe bar "Kennys"

Horse riding is also available from the local horse riding centre in Moloolah. The grounds are just under one acre

We are a gay couple and our property is certainly gay friendly!
