A big shout out to all our visitors who braved the weather and enjoyed the fabulous music from the Memphis Cowboys and The Chasers at our 'CORDOLA ROCKS THE RIVER' event on Saturday. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou, one and all. So much fun, not even the rain could deter the dancing.
To the Memphis Cowboys and The Chasers for the great music and keeping everyone up and dancing.
To the Morgan Districts Lions Club and the Waikerie Rotary Club for the fantastic food, and to the Waikerie Magpies Fc for the use of the bar. Kenny and Ange for the use of the bus.
To all of our helpers, another huge effort setting up and dismantling the event, without you all this event could not be the success that it is. Our huge thanks and gratitude to Susan and Peter Santella for their time, the support and efforts they dedicate to this event.

CORDOLA ROCKS THE RIVER 2025
We are pleased and excited to again welcome the phenomenal 'CHASERS' back to Cordola. Arguably one of the best bands currently performing, lead by vocalists Peter Santella & Darren 'Trendy' Trandafil, along with Steve 'Dibbo' Dibbens, & Allan Hillier. This year they will be joined by the fabulous Caroline Eichenberger and Gary Penney, both local to the Riverland, adding yet another dimension to the extraordinary sound of the band.
So get your dancing shoes on and your singing voices ready...
The 'Chasers' along with the enigmatic 'Memphis Cowboys' are set to give you a fun filled 7 hours of entertainment, which promises to 'knock your socks off'!

We are VERY excited to welcome the Memphis Cowboys to this years event.
The "Memphis Cowboys" are an Australian band based on the Gold Coast, known for their diverse repertoire and live performances, that cover varying artists. They are particularly recognised for their rockabilly, swing, and rock n' roll genres, consistently delivering dynamic and unforgettable shows that appeals to fans of all ages, with Lead singer Vince Gelonese having chart stopping success is the USA.
The group have performed at the Parkes Elvis Festival, Tamworth Country Music Festival and Coolie Rocks .
Vince and the Memphis Cowboys are poised to captivate the Cordola Rocks the River Audience by delivering a performance that celebrates the heart and soul of country rock.
Also welcoming back our very own "The Chasers", with special guests Gary Penney and Caroline Eichenberger.
