Welcome to MAGGIE’S PLACE – Lot 113 BRENDA PARK

On behalf of the team I thank you for choosing to stay at Maggie’s Place and wish you an enjoyable stay. Maggie’s Place is easy to find - it is the very last property in Brenda Park. So you just keep driving until you can not go any further - “MAGGIE” is on the fence and awaiting your arrival. It is private, exclusive and has direct river frontage next too secluded bushland across from the amazing sandy cliffs. It is fenced on two sides which allows for the openness of nature to wander in to graze such as ducks, kangaroos and emus.

Our home is divided into several different areas - open modern kitchen, dining and lounge which opens to an expansive deck facing river with a BBQ. A second living room with a double sofa bed is located in the bedroom wing together with three queen bedrooms and two bathrooms (inc one ensuite). Connecting our two main wings is a delightful breezeway with plenty of outdoor furniture which allows for viewing of the river out the front and the natural bushland at the back. Downstairs is another Queen bedroom which joins a third bathroom and laundry. There is plenty of room to entertain with a second outdoor table and outdoor lounge underneath, all facing the beautiful 150 metres of river front and pontoon.

Brenda Park (http://www.brenda-park.info) satisfies the ultimate Murray River escape. Here you’ll enjoy some of the best views and fishing waters along the Murray River stretch. If you’re looking to explore further, the town of Morgan petrol station, supermarket, two pubs, an antique stores, museums and playground. Waikerie is only 30 minutes drive and has some fantastic shops and attractions to visit. Stop to Caudo Wines on the way!
