💦 Meet Mayra, our Aqua Queen! 👑

Mayra has been bringing plenty of energy, enthusiasm and fun to Mossman Pool since 2024.

🥚 The 7th generation of curlews is on the way! 🥚

Our resident curlew family at Mossman Pool & Caravan Park has welcomed two new eggs, and we need your help choosing names for the future chicks. 💛

We’re excited to share that the new hydraulic access lift and ramp are now open! This Mossman Pool and Caravan Park upgrade will make it easier for people of all ages and abilities to safely access the water for swimming, exercise, rehabilitation and recreation.

The project received strong community support, with almost 100 residents signing a petition and positive feedback from local schools, community groups and health providers.

Thank you to everyone who championed this improvement. Mossman Pool is now even more accessible, inclusive and welcoming for all. 💙💦

🏊 AUSTSWIM TRAINING COMING TO MOSSMAN POOL

We have publicly available spots for the upcoming AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety course at Mossman Pool and Caravan Park.

If you’ve ever thought about becoming a swim teacher, working in the aquatic industry, or gaining the skills to teach swimming and water safety, this is a great opportunity to complete your training locally in Mossman.

📅 Tuesday 22 & Wednesday 23 September 2026
📍 Mossman Pool and Caravan Park
⏰ 8:30am – 5:00pm

There are still places available, so if you’ve been considering getting qualified, now is a great chance to do it without having to travel out of the area.

🏊‍♀️ SWIMMING LESSONS ARE COMING TO MOSSMAN POOL! 🏊‍♂️
We’re excited to announce that Mossman Pool will be introducing the GoSwim Learn to Swim program from Term 4! 🎉

Our new program will provide structured, fun and progressive swimming lessons for children, helping them build confidence, water skills and swimming ability in a safe and supportive environment. 💦

📅 Starting Term 4, 2026

We’re currently getting everything ready, and more information about lesson times, enrolments, levels and registration will be released soon!

💦 Aquafit Update 💦

Aquafit will be making a splash back into action on Friday June 26 from 9:00am – 9:45am! 🏊‍♀️🎉

Our wonderful Mayra has headed off on family business for the next 5 weeks.

While we’re very happy for her, we will definitely miss her smiling face, her laughter, and the moves Ricky Martin would die for

We wish Mayra safe travels, special family time, and we all look forward to welcoming her back poolside,
