Linger Longer is family-friendly space aimed to provide a home away from home, available to rent to all year round. Linger Longer T A W O N G A - S O U T H has the most beautiful views as far as the eye can see. The ground floor unit comprises of three bedrooms, which comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests maximum. We supply linen, bedspreads and towels for your stay. It’s a cosy space, but perfect f

or a small group or family. The lounge area is comfortable with a heater that warms the area nicely and air conditioner that keeps you cool in the summer. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an oven and stove, toaster, kettle etc. It is stocked up with every utensil you could need if you’re looking to save money by staying in for meals or interested in a long term rental. Tea/Coffee are supplied for you to enjoy. There is one private bathroom for guests, which comprises of vanity, shower and separate toilet. There is no bath, but we do provide a baby bath for small infants. My favourite part of this house is the double doors that open out onto our deck with stunning mountain views. The exterior has been neatly landscaped and there is a delightful paved courtyard perfect for entertaining and just relaxing whilst taking in the gorgeous views on offer.

Our lodge is most comfortable for 6 guests, giving everyone space to relax and unwind — but we can sleep up to 8 guests when you need a little extra room for extended family or friends.

✨ On this day 10 years ago, I bought a house in Mount Beauty… and what a journey it’s been!

From the first day I turned the key, I knew this place was special. Over the years it’s seen renovations, laughter, new dreams, and countless memories. What started as a simple home has grown into a cozy lodge where I now get to welcome families, couples, and friends looking to soak in the magic of the mountains.

I’ve loved every step of this journey – and it means the world to share a piece of it with each guest who walks through the door. 💛

Here’s to 10 years of mountain views, starry skies, and new beginnings. 🏔️✨

for an awesome day out with the doggos! Approx 5hrs from Melbourne. We travelled from Mount Beauty to Dinner Plain for the day and it took around 90mins one-way. So worth it to see the dogs have this much fun! 🐾
