Merrijig Mt Buller Merrijig Ski Club is a family oriented and owned club, catering to both the public and members of the club in winter and summer.

Whilst providing hi

gh quality facilities, the club also endeavours to promote a culture of inclusiveness that allows members and guests to enjoy each others company whilst staying at Merrijig Lodge. This “club spirit” differentiates us from all other commercial lodges on the mountain providing meals. Although much is provided for you at Merrijig, this friendly, inclusive culture is actively kept alive by members helping out at working bees, belonging to the committee, contributing to ideas at the AGM and helping when needed at the club. Guests are also invited to participate in these activities but only members can serve on the committee. Merrijig facilities are also available to members and guests outside the official ‘ski season’ - mountain biking, bushwalking, family and social events can all be accommodated at Merrijig at very economical rates

We did see some snow making overnight and this morning. Perisher had long run from around midnight through to sunrise. Thredbo made snow for a short time above mid mountain, but mostly down the bottom due to a temperature inversion. Mt Buller had the guns firing, as did Hotham.

The groomers have been doing a great job to fill in gaps and there are still some good runs to be had, especially early when the snow is firmer.

The next 4 days look to be mostly fine with light winds (some cloud around tomorrow), so good conditions for a slide on what slopes are remaining open.

We could possibly see some snowmaking again tonight, mainly at Perisher. 🐸

The only ski resort in Australia right now with Snow and it might only be one run but we’re open come on up and stay at the lodge. Plenty available bookings before the end of the month.
