Good food is better when it’s made for sharing.

Our kangaroo and bunya nut koftas bring together lean Australian kangaroo and the rich, nutty character of bunya nut, seasoned with native oregano salt and cooked until beautifully tender.

Served with a fresh Manorina Farms baby beetroot salad, house-made labne and warm flatbreads, it’s a colourful spring spread made for gathering around the table.
A little native Australian flavour in every bite.

Creamy burrata melts into seasonal local vegetables, finished with a swirl of basil oil and a shower of parmesan. Brown butter and bunya nut sprouts round it out with nutty depth — a nod to the native bushland just beyond our doors.
