This Anzac Day we reflect on the strength of all those veterans who served with courage. For those who did not return home and made the ultimate sacrifice we remember you. Those who returned and those still serving, we share your pride and love for this great Southern Land we call Australia. As family and friends we also share the unspoken burdens which comes with those who served, we notice the moments of distant gazes, the late night talks of mateship and sacrifice.

Our family have two veterans, my husband and son. To all our veterans, you are all our heroes, teaching us about love and sacrifice through your service. To our community and all who've served thank you. Lest we forget.

Autumn is truly a beautiful time of the year in Mount Morgan. The mornings are crisp and fresh and our mountain truly shines. To top it off our guests enjoy it too. We are truly grateful for reviews such as this one!🙏❤️

We've had some more epic rain here in Mount Morgan this afternoon. Water flowing between our house and the cabins. Flowing beautifully!🏡💦

We have guests coming in for three nights, staying in our Ferns Miners Rest cabin 1. I've done their bed in beautiful soft blues, navy, white, forest green and a hint of burgundy bedding. The sheets and comforter is from the 'Strawberry Thief' range. We trust they will leave us well rested.🏡✨️🛏

Our Wattle Tree cabin is ready for our cycling guests arriving tomorrow. Beautiful fresh green/white linens will assure a restful and comfortable stay.

We've now got a hard stand at Ferns Miners Rest for our working guests needing to park large trucks with equipment. Instead of parking outside of the property they can park securely on the property. 🚚🚛

Rockhampton Regional Council approved general fossiking at the spectacular Dam no 7 in Mount Morgan. The video is a great watch about what Rockhampton has to offer, and the awesome views from the lookout on The Range on the way into Mount Morgan. From about 44 minutes into the video Mount Morgan is featured. So many reasons to come up and around the mountain to visit and explore.
