The Cycle of the Vine
The vine goes through a number of stages before we get to harvest the fruit and make some w**e. During winter the vines are dormant. Winemaker Scott Stephens and Ziyu have been through and pruned all the vines and are now tying up the the 2 canes along the trellis wire in preparation for spring bud burst.
