The Cycle of the Vine
The vine goes through a number of stages before we get to harvest the fruit and make some wine. During winter the vines are dormant. Winemaker Scott Stephens and Ziyu have been through and pruned all the vines and are now tying up the the 2 canes along the trellis wire in preparation for spring bud burst.
