The perfect Winter Weekend staying at 💚

Friday: scenic drive from Sydney, tasting and giant chess at and then across the road for a tasting and cheese platter at overlooking Eagle Hill. 3km drive to Eagle Hill for a sunset fire pit and evening cook-up with newly discovered local wines 🍷

Saturday: Breakky on the deck at Eagle Hill, stroll around town and the local markets, shared lunch platter and gin/whiskey tasting paddles at Then onto an 8 flight tasting at where eyes light up at their pink port, onwards to for a stroll through their sculpture walk and vintage motorbike museum with wine in hand. Final tasting at magnificent on picnic blanket, then a stroll up the hill to the fire pit at sundown and a spectacular feast at Uber into town for a boogie at and cab home for a spa under the stars.

Sunday, dash back to Zin to pick up the car, stop at and back to Eagle Hill for a farewell feast on the deck.

So many great Mudgee memories made. So much left to do. So many reasons to return to 💚💚💚

“Spent a fascinating half hour watching this little visitor explore the back garden and wood shed, gobbling ants with every overturned rock. Nature at its magical best”. Our guests at Eagle Hill spotted our resident echidna this weekend 💚

Three generations enjoy family time at Eagle Hill 💚 Kids play the paddock while parents enjoy a Mudgee wine, followed by fire-roasted marshmallows and sunset over the mountains. Simple and perfect 🌞

Such a treat to have , lover of all things beauty and travel, take time out with her gorgeous family at Eagle Hill. Sigourney, Damien and their beautiful kids spent the weekend exploring the region, from a hike up the hill, to a splash at the water park, and a long afternoon picnic at Lowe vineyard 💚
