Two single rooms are available: $300 per week, including bills.
Suitable for local workers staying anywhere from one week to one year.

One room becoming available from 25th June 2026.
Sharing with 2 singles and a couple, in a 4 bedroom house in the centre of Mudgee
Short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants etc.
A cleaner services the shared living spaces weekly. You are responsible for your own bedroom.
Linen hire supplied free of charge.
As well as being a shared living space, the house is also the base for my tour business. I come to the property each day to work, and leave at night.
Free wifi, ducted air con to the whole house.
Super comfortable with multiple living areas.
$300 per week per room for a single person, or $360 per week for a couple.
All bills included, just buy your own food.
Looking for housemates who go out to work during the day.
