We're looking for a reliable handyman/labourer for regular ongoing work at The Mulgrave Motel for 10 hours per week or 5 hours per day depending on how busy it is.
You can do the jobs at your convenience. Suits a handyman already working around the area. The job involves basic Motel maintenance such as fixing chipped bathroom tiles, painting, gardening, light landscaping, etc.
Must have their own tool and a negotiable pay of $25-30 /hr based on experience and on ABN.

We're currently looking for a Relief Motel Manager to work at least 5 or 7 days or more every 2 or 3 months. We need someone to start as soon as possible. We can also call you for a few hours of work if I need to go out for an emergency or 1 to 2 days depending on your availability.
Preferably someone who has experience managing a Motel, Serviced Apartments or a similar property. Experience using RMS 9+ as a Property Management Software is preferable or any similar Hotel reservation software.
This position requires the Relief Manager to live on-site and take after hours booking or emergency call outs from in-house guests. Cooking of breakfast may also be required but it's not that many in a week sometimes none. This will also fit a couple to cover the Housekeeping aspect of the Motel.
