We’re looking for a Functions Assistant to join our team at Yarra Golf.

This is a hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of weddings, conferences, meetings and special events across the Club and Resort.

We’re looking for someone who is confident leading by example, has great customer service and communication skills, can stay calm under pressure and enjoys working in a busy team environment.

You’ll help lead and support our functions team during service, liaise with clients and suppliers, assist with staff rostering and training, and help ensure every event runs smoothly from setup to pack-down.

What you’ll need:
Current RSA, strong organisational and communication skills, a positive attitude and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
