air. The Big Blue Barn is perfectly suited for friends and families who fancy an incredibly relaxed holiday with plenty of space to unwind. Offering open plan warehouse style living, this enormous space features 4 bedrooms to sleep 5 comfortably (two loft style, one private double room, and one room with 3 bunks) fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, laundry, potbelly fireplace, pool table, table tennis table and two shaded outdoor spaces and retro above ground pool. Perfectly situated in the heart of the Byron Shire, we are an easy 5 minute drive to the beach, Mullumbimby or Brunswick Heads and 15 minutes to the centre of Byron Bay. 35 minutes from Ballina airport, 40 minutes from Gold Coast airport—with shuttle buses direct from either airport to the nearby Uncle Tom’s Pie shop
Please note that the Barn is absolutely "Get together' friendly - but not large party friendly. A strict policy of no loud speakers, DJ's - and a noise curfew of 11pm in respect for our neighbours. Bedrooms:
The Barn offers 4 bedrooms, 15 beds - 3 of those are Queen Size.

Linen, Doona and Pillows all provided. You need to bring your own towels only. Fans provided in each room
