Just a friendly reminder to all guests booking with us 😊

We are an off-site operated motel, meaning we do not have a traditional onsite reception staffed throughout the day. Instead, we use a state-of-the-art check-in system that allows guests to check in and access their rooms easily and conveniently after 2pm on arrival date.

We understand this style of accommodation may not be for everyone, but it works extremely well for us and many of our guests. Self check-in is becoming the new trend in accommodation, especially in small country towns where there simply isn’t the need for someone to be sitting at reception all day.

Management is always available via phone should you need assistance or have any questions, and our staff are onsite most mornings completing daily room cleans and servicing.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, comfortable and convenient stay with a simple and hassle-free check-in experience 🚪✨
