Holberry House Bed & Breakfast Holberry House is a unique guesthouse experience. It is situated atop a wooded
hill on four acres o One room is equipped with a spa.

Though it was built in the late 1980s, with all the modern comforts,
Holberry House was inspired by the classic, two-storey English manor. Its seven very comfortable ensuite rooms, all upstairs, are decorated in
romantic country style, enhanced by antiques and collectibles from the
owners' travels.

A great sneak peak of some hidden treasures in Nannup. The UCI event is getting close, excitement is building. We still have a few camping spots available if anyone would like to come and watch the event and be part of the spectacle. The first time ever held outside of Europe!

Camping bookings for the UCI Gravel World Championships are now open at Holberry House, 14 Grange Road, Nannup. The finish line is at our front gate, so you can't get any closer to the action. Our license is from the 30th September to the 13th October. 4 night min booking. Limited numbers. No children, no pets, no generators. We have toilets and showers in our grounds. Join for a fun tactile workshop with celebrity guest Sophie Thompson in the grounds of Holberry House to create a ceramic sculpture that will form part of the Holberry Sculpture Walk.
Cost $65 includes garden entry, all workshop materials, and nibbles. Workshop guidance and facilitation by South West artist Rozanna Johnson.
