Old time bush dance at thowgla hall 🤗

Keep Saturday 24th October free! All welcome!
The first Thowgla Old Time and Bush Dance! Nariel Band and friends are playing. A great country supper is being planned by some amazing locals.
You can stay at the Festival Grounds (Nariel Creek Recreation Reserve) or you can book camping at Thowgla Hall.
Visit the newly discovered (since the fires) Thowgla Falls while you're there.
Looking forward to a great weekend of fun and dancing!

A huge thank you to all the amazing volunteers who helped with the tree planting and lent a hand over the weekend at Nariel Creek Recreation Reserve 🌱💚

From digging holes and planting trees, to helping with setup, chatting, watering, snacks, and everything in between, your time and effort made a massive difference. Because of you, the reserve is looking more beautiful for future campers, locals, and visitors to enjoy.

We truly appreciate everyone who came along, got their hands dirty, and supported the project. Community spirit like this is what keeps places like Nariel special.

🌱 Tree Planting Day at Nariel Creek Recreation Reserve 🌱
A huge welcome to all our volunteers joining us this weekend!

The reserve is looking absolutely beautiful with the autumn leaves out, and we’re excited to spend the day planting trees and improving our wonderful reserve together. 🍂🌳
We’ve got tea, coffee, snacks, fruit and treats available throughout the day to keep everyone going.

Tree Planting and working bee at the Nariel Creek Recreation Reserve this coming weekend, 16th and 17th May.! Bring instruments, voices, and spades for planting!

Thanks to donations this year, $700 worth of new trees have been purchased to plant at the reserve.

The Rec Reserve Committee hope to hold this mini festival /tree planting weekend each year the week after Mothers Day. Free camping for all volunteers!
