Holiday Lodge Motor Inn is a 12 Unit Motel in the Centre of Narooma. We have six rooms on the Ground Floor and these rooms have a Queen Bed & a Single bed with a small kitchenette with a full size fridge with parking outside your room. The upstairs rooms have a Queen bed and small kitchenette, we also have a room upstairs with a Queen Bed and 2 single beds. These rooms also have water views lookin

g North up the Coastline. All rooms have Air-Conditioning,Microwaves,Tea & Coffee making facilities,LCD TV's,Foxtel,DVD Players and FREE WiFi

We also have a pool & BBQ area and a guest laundry

As Manager you will live on-site and work full time managing all aspects of the business including:

Reception and Front of House
Rosters
Supervision of housekeeping staff
Property maintenance
Maintain gardens
Cleaning Rooms
Laundry operations
Back office operations and management reporting
Assist owners with rate setting and competitor analysis
Property promotion and marketing
Stock control and procurement
Ensuring occupational health and safety regulations.
May provide guests with local tourism information and arrange tours and transportation

We would prefer previous experience, but training will be provided for the successful applicant.

• Weekend and Public Holiday work are a necessity though we will try and share it around if there are enough staff to do so

Hi Everyone,

Well, what a few months it has been for our Region. Drought, Fire, Flood and now Covid-19.

I am new to the Holiday Lodge, arriving just before all of the restrictions were put in place with my husband and 2 of my children.

As restrictions ease, regional travel in NSW will be possible from June 1, 2020

We do have Social Distancing in practice. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned for your safety. I also ask that only one person if possible be in the office at any time. Hand Sanitiser is available at the counter and I ask you to please use it to keep us all safe.

If you aren't well, sick or have or potentially have Covid-19, please stay home. We will be here when you are well enough to come visit.

I look forward to meeting everyone, and welcoming you back to Narooma.
