Known among locals for its seasonal and vegetable-leaning menu, The Whale has long championed the freshest produce on the South Coast. Now, it’s being reimagined through the lens of Chez Dominique, a bistro-style pop-up helmed by Julian May and Elsa Marie. The French-Australian couple has built close relationships with local farmers, producers and artisans to create authentic, fuss-free dishes that let the ingredients speak for themselves. Enjoy a pre-drink in the Ocean Lounge, take in the view of the coastline, and settle in for a unique food experience at The Whale.
