The Log Cabin Camp

The Log Cabin Camp Rainforest wildlife eco reserve located in the Gold Coast hinterland.

Situated on the edge of Springbrook National Park, with the World Heritage listed Natural Bridge and glow worm caves a leisurely stroll away, leave your cares behind and get back to nature in our self-contained cottage, bring a group and settle in one of eight bunkhouses, or pull in with your own caravan.

The Log Cabin has been inuse for over 60 years. It was built by Ron Brunner and his team of carpenters from the Murwillumbah Seventh Day Adventist Church for their pathfinder club and other clubs to use.
Margaret my wife stayed there as a young girl in the 60s.
Recently the Gold Coast City Council have condemned the building from any further use.
We will soon demolish the Cabin, but would love to replace with another building God willing, if we can raise the funds.
