📍 WE'RE HIRING – Casual Hotel Receptionist | Marina Resort
We are looking for a friendly, reliable local to join the reception team at Marina Resort.
This one's perfect for someone who enjoys a chat with guests, stays calm under pressure and likes being part of a small, supportive crew. ✨
What the role looks like:
☀️ Around 2–5 reception shifts per week
☀️ A mix of weekdays and weekends
🌙 Approx. two overnight emergency phone shifts per week
📚 Full training in our hotel systems and procedures
💲 Hospitality Award rates + applicable penalties
The overnight shifts mean staying on site and being available if a guest needs urgent help after reception closes. They're generally quiet — but we need someone dependable who's happy to step in if needed.
You'll thrive here if you're:
Warm, professional and guest-focused
Reliable and well organised
Comfortable working independently
Confident with computers and picking up new systems
Calm when handling guest questions
Available for some weekends and public holidays
Hotel, hospitality, tourism or customer service experience is a big plus — but honestly, the right attitude and reliability matter just as much. 💛
A current NSW RSA is required (or you'll need to get one before starting). Experience with OPERA Cloud or similar booking systems is a bonus, but we'll train you fully.
