I have committed to a ‘Health Challenge’ this month with work colleagues which requires me to achieve a minimum of 10,000 steps per day.

Luckily for me, I’ve been able to experience the gorgeous mornings we’ve had over the past week in Nelson and get my step count up while enjoying the natural beauty that Nelson and the Great South West Walk has to offer.
