Unfortunately, I do love the kind of camping where you don’t actually go camping.

The picnic rug, the marshmallows by the fire outside - all present. Also present: a proper bed, a hot tub, and a bathroom that isn’t a shovel.

If your idea of a summer weekend is all the good bits without the actual tent, you’ll feel right at home at The Firebreak.

The Granary: the wood-fired hot tub, mountain views, built for a proper reset together.

The Quarters: an outdoor bath on its own private deck, the most secluded corner of the farm, built for total disappearance.

A countryside weekend, done The Firebreak way.

Bags on the deck. A picnic rug that doesn’t move all afternoon. A proper cold dip when the sun gets too warm to ignore. Golden hour on the verandah with nowhere to be. Dinner outside, fire lit once the heat drops off.
