The house is available in its entirety with door code access meaning that you never have to worry about losing the key!

- in close proximity to... everything! It is minutes from the CBD (2.7km/1.7km to the Elizabeth Street Mall). There is a bus stop 10 metres away and it takes about four minutes to drive to the city proper.
- a great place to base yourself for exploring the wonders of Tasmania - Port Arthur, Bruny Island, Lake Pedder, Russell Falls, Mount Wellington, the Huon Valley, the Derwent Valley.

Absolutely loved our stay at Park on Park ..... Steph and Matt are the perfect hosts. Everything we needed was there on arrival, the house is so comfortable and too, spacious so that we are not at all tripping over each other. I loved the kitchen, the boys loved the living room with TV and that they could connect with games etc. We were only a short stay in Hobart this time and it was busy but look forward to a return stay to use the beautiful BBQ and lawned area off the patio. An immaculate property. Thank you Steph and Matt 👍👍👍👍👍

We like going the extra yard with guests and were thrilled with this feedback from Mary, a guest from the USA.

This home is perfect for having a comfortable place as a base to explore Hobart. The hosts are so gracious and accommodating. The home has everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend!

It is so lovely to receive nice feedback - we love that people enjoy what we have created. This is from Ruw...

This is a gorgeous and charming Airbnb which has been lovingly preserved and cared for to give its guest an irresistible sense of warmth and comfort. It is very well situated from Hobart CBD and is spacious enough to host up to 7 people with ample room to park multiple cars along the long drive way. Not a speck of dust will be found here, being exceptionally clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed and the living and dining rooms are very lovely to reside in - you'll be tempted to fall asleep on the couches they are that comfy! Nice sunrise views can be seen from the dining room and bedroom windows. We appreciated the free wifi and Netflix that is available too. For the price, you really can't go wrong at Park on Park.

We just received this lovely feedback from a recent guest, Nikita....

We absolutely loved staying at Matt & Steph's house - easily one of the BEST Air Bnbs we've stayed in. Such an easy check-in process to a beautiful home stylishly decorated with art deco pieces, but still very family friendly & homely. Our two little boys (5yo & 1yo) loved playing outside in the cubby house, driving the two Little Tikes Cozy Coupe cars and playing with the various other toys inside. So many thoughtful touches such bread, milk & Tim Tams left for our stay, and also a baby change table and high chair for our youngest which was amazing. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and electric blankets, plus each room had it's own heater. Our only regret is that we'd only booked 1 night's stay - but we will definitely be booking this house again next time we're in Hobart. Highly recommend you book your stay here!'

'Park on Park was sparkling clean when we arrived and felt homey and stylish at the same time. With two young children it was great to have access to a porta cot, change table and high chair as well as a selection of toys and the awesome cubby house. Matt and Steph went above and beyond to make their place welcoming and functional. We will definitely be back next time we're in Hobart.'

"I can honestly not write enough on how fantastic our stay was. The home is like taking a step back in time with all the modern touches. Walking in after a long flight to fresh bread, milk and Tim Tams was a great surprise and such a special touch. The claw bath tub is to die for as well. We recently updated our table arrangement - a beautiful art-deco vase frog deserves an equally beautiful flower arrangement. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Kate Sice Botanical, West Hobart (https://www.botanicalhobart.com.au) who put this dried flower arrangement together for us.
