It was an incredible night for Quest Newcastle and Quest Newcastle West, proudly recognised with three major awards at the 2026 NTIG Awards 🏆
Quest Newcastle was named Inclusive Tourism & Hospitality Operator of the Year, recognising our continued focus on accessibility and inclusive guest experiences. Quest Newcastle West was awarded Outstanding Accommodation Provider for the second consecutive year. Together, Jill and Daniel were honoured as Employer of the Year, having been finalists in the category last year, making this year’s win especially meaningful.
In addition to these wins, Paris Locke from Quest Newcastle was recognised as a finalist in the highly competitive Customer Service Champion category. A big shout-out as well to our incredible nominees! Todd Machin from Quest Newcastle West, nominated for Customer Service Champion, and Amy Scott, nominated for Rising Star.
It was wonderful to celebrate the night alongside some of our team, whose passion and dedication make these achievements possible. We’re incredibly proud of what our people have achieved and honoured to be part of Newcastle’s vibrant tourism and hospitality community 💙
