Backpackers by the Beach Hostel Newcastle We love Newcastle, the beach, the surf and looking after you. Come and stay with us, relax and take in the laid back atmosphere. Backpackers by the Beach.

That's location, location, location, great facilities and
a personal touch. We are located in the CBD just opposite of Newcastle beach and close to public transport, restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Stay in one of our 8/4 bed dorms or enjoy one of our twin/double rooms. Our facilities include a fully equipped self-catered kitchen with a common area and TV, an internet cafe and the Pacific Park

as our front yard :)

*Grab one of our surfboards or body boards and go for a paddle with the local dolphins or learn how to surf with the Newcastle surf school
*Join us for a free pub feed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and $5 all you can eat pizza on Fridays.
* Book a tour: Hunter Valley wine tours, dolphins/wale watching cruises, sand boarding and many more
