Another member of the family is taking up residence.

Crystalbrook Sam opens in Adelaide this December, marking our first South Australian hotel - and bookings are now open.

Three streets south of Adelaide Central Market, Sam has taken the assignment rather seriously.

Rooftop restaurant Matines serves South Australian produce over fire with Adelaide Hills views; Café Sami has morning coffees through to evening w**es covered; and Eléme Day Spa and a heated outdoor pool are ready for everything in between.

There’s sculptural art, a library nook and Adelaide’s markets, festivals, galleries and neighbourhoods beyond the front door.
