We are here all alone with just our Bon and she's on her own but we did have a wee Renoir for half a day while Frankie was still here so that was good, and they got to play because that was before all this rain.
And since we are a bit quiet right now, I will update some of the albums because I am way behind with those.

Here's us taking Peppercorn out for his last walk to the park on this visit. He is a beautiful boy, getting lost in the bedroom at 4am was not the brightest thing he has ever done. Trying to find his way out and it was pitter patter, pitter patter pitter .... well you get my drift. But that's the beauty of old dogs. Ah Peps, long may the pitter patter continue. Anyhow, back at the park just me walking the pups, cos Archie had a day off, having 3 hernia ops will do that, but its all good and now we are just Bon & Frankie. And look at that little white dog, isn't that just the cutest thing you ever did see?

What a lovely day today, we got some butterflies in our lilacs and some dogs in the park, we met a lovely Goldie (hard not to like a Goldie) and some young boys liked our dogs. There was one little lad so happy to hold Bon I could not resist taking a picture of his happiness. Oh and Toby & Dashy were here for a brief visit. Always fun to see those two cuties. And of course, we are still extremely ecstatic about Bon's heart ultrasound. Of course she still has a heart murmur but it is not enlarging her heart and that's great news.

I have been a little bit reluctant to write this report today because I don't know how to explain how happy I am, how relieved I am and how fortunate I am. Thanks to Kingsley's mum we had the name of a good dog cardiologist so we took Bon to see him and have her heart ultrasound and yes she does have a heart murmur but its not the worst kind, she has a broken heart string but apart from that SHE IS ALL OKAY AND DOESN'T NEED TO BE ON MEDS!!!! In fact, there is a good chance this heart condition will have no impact on her quality of life or her life span. How good is that@!!!!
Anyhow, with that good news out of the way, we took the pups out for a walk earlier than usual cos Polly and Little Archie were homeward bound. So now we are down to 3 in the Arc.

We started with a nap before heading to the park, with Bon in the Buggy and the All Blacks keen to get going. A couple of the pups are wearing our new Pawezy halters, so easy to adjust and connect. We love them. Don't panic, we are not selling them, just saying after looking after a pup who had one we decided to purchase three, one for Bon, 1 for small pups and one for medium. They are fantastic. So thanks to Jen & Ruby for the opportunity to trial these great halters.
Now back to the subject of our day. Polly and Frankie got the zoomies (this post includes yesterday's zoomies) Frankie went ball crazy (again), Pepper wandered off on his own little walk, Archie trotted along at our heels and Bon got excited when we headed for home. There was also a meeting with another wee black

Woke up this morning to the raindrops on the roof. They said it would rain for the Grand Final (footy fever here - Aussie rules that is) and yes it rained and we planned to go out between the raindrops but obviously we were not fast enough. Lucky we all had our rain coats on tho.

The Arc is getting busier and just a tad blacker, we have Archie and Polly and Frankie as well as a Sharped Dress Man in a stunning black and silver suit and our dear Bon in a bit of white and grey. So on such a summers day we went out walking with our puppies in the sunlight and of course we had a ball and of course Frankie knew and so of course we threw the ball and Frankie almost brought it back. We had Bon in the buggy but Pepper had way too much pep in his step for that bugaloo.

What a warm day it was today, almost too warm to walk the wonder dogs but walk we did and we took the buggy with us to ensure we had some back up in case the walk was too much for the elders among us. And no, I do not mean Archie and I by that. So we had Bon in the buggy and we had the sharp dressed dog (Pepper) in the buggy but he decided he was not elderly enough for that nonsense so he got out. Anyway, there was more sniffing to do and more dogs to meet before the walk was done.
