High raked ceilings and tall bifold doors invite the landscape into the Loft’s ground-floor bedroom, opening the space to expansive views across BlueGreen Sanctuary.

The private ensuite continues that connection to nature, with a sculptural stone bath and the choice of an indoor or outdoor shower.

Light-filled and quietly considered, it’s a space to settle in, slow down and feel immersed in the landscape around you.

A place to look out, breathe deeply and simply be.

BlueGreen Sanctuary accommodates up to 18 guests across 9 beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Each air-conditioned bedroom has its own character and style, designed for optimum comfort, rest and relaxation.

There is a reason we can watch water for so long.

Waves arriving at the shore. A waterfall moving over rock. Light shifting across the surface of a pool.

Our attention is held, yet it doesn't feel like we're concentrating.

Environmental psychologists have described this as “soft fascination” – the effortless attention that natural environments can invite. It forms part of Attention Restoration Theory, which explores how time in nature may help restore our capacity for directed attention.

It might explain why we can spend so long simply watching water move.

There is an art to letting things unfold.

So much of life is spent anticipating what comes next. Planning ahead, preparing for outcomes, trying to know where something will lead.

Alan Watts explored our relationship with uncertainty and the human desire to find security in a world that is always changing.

Nature offers a beautiful place to experience that idea. Everything around us is moving, growing and changing in its own time.

And sometimes, being amongst it reminds us that we don't need to know what comes next to experience what is here now.

Trivium combines ancient practices with what we now understand about the body and the brain.

Across six days, we work through movement, breath, silence and time in nature.

Together, they create the conditions for real change.

Some moments in nature seem to hold our attention completely.

A vast landscape. A waterfall. An ancient tree. A night sky.

Science calls this feeling awe – an emotional response to something that feels greater than our usual frame of reference.

Research suggests that experiences of awe can shift our attention beyond ourselves and influence the way we perceive our place in the world.

Here at BlueGreen Sanctuary, nature creates these moments every day. Sometimes all it takes is enough time to notice them.
